Our interdisciplinary teams ensure that strain development is focused, efficient, and aligned with the requirements of industrial production.
Our enzyme specialists work closely with experts in production strain development, bioprocess development, scale-up, and manufacturing. By combining their expertise and working toward shared objectives, our interdisciplinary teams ensure that development is focused, efficient, and aligned with the requirements of industrial production.
We use a diverse portfolio of optimized microbial production strains for the manufacture of enzymes that we have been using in industrial manufacturing for many years:
They have been adapted and optimized for easy handling in the laboratory, high enzyme titers, and compatibility with scalable industrial fermentation processes.
All our enzyme production strains can be developed and used entirely without the use of antibiotics (AMR-free). For Komagataella phaffii (Pichia pastoris), a methanol-free (MeOH-free) gene expression technology is also available for enzyme & protein production.
This is great for us but I am not sure whether this is the ideal wording for a client-focused website? Isnt the benefit resulting from the easy handling that we can integrate genes / set up production strains fast?
Only mentioning a specific point about K. phaffii could lead to the impression that this is our most used host. Would it be an option to mention one benefit for our three main strains? E.g. B. subtilis: Broad platform of strain isolates pre-developed; A. niger: landing sites immediate generation of high-copy strains; K. phaffii: MeOH-free option.
We offer our industrial enzyme production strains to customers. Utilize these ready-to-use strains, plug in your genes of interest and produce your target enzyme.
We provide access to our established microbial production platforms, offering two flexible options for rapid enzyme production and evaluation.
The first option “Basic” uses standardized, experience-based approaches for enzymes that are easier to produce.
The second option “Extensive” explores a broader range of expression-cassette designs and host-strain choices for enzymes that are more challenging to produce. Both solutions deliver quick, reliable confirmation of enzyme production and generate early performance data to support informed development decisions.
